The SERTECPET® Transparency mailbox is an anonymous and confidential reporting tool, through which users can report events or situations in which they consider there has been a breach of the Code of Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. This mailbox can also be used in case there are queries or concerns from users regarding the Anti-Bribery Management System and its implementation, and it is important that the information is as detailed as possible for proper investigation and analysis. The information received through this "Transparency Mailbox" will be analyzed confidentially by the Compliance Officer, and its results will be reported to the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, to determine the actions to be taken. For a more effective analysis, the user has the option of placing an email to contact us and obtain more information about the fact. SERTECPET® expressly prohibits any retaliation or reprisal against employees who make reports in good faith, and encourages people who know of proven events of bribery, corruption, or any other illicit act, to report these facts and provide as much information as possible to conduct an effective investigation.
