SERTECPET executed the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering, as well as the construction, start-up and operation of the floating early production facilities on the Namoku barge as part of the extended production tests in the Corvina field - Peru in 2008.
The production facilities were built to meet the production requirements of the field under development with a process capacity of 6,500 bopd, 2,000 bwpd and 8 MMSCFD. With 80,000 bbls of oil storage in its structure. The philosophy of the control and auxiliary systems were conceived for a total automation of the processes.
The project was executed under the supervision of international organizations such as Bureau-Veritas do Brasil, Solas, ABS, achieving the highest certifications in engineering and construction.
The achievement of quality goals, zero accidents and environmental incidents confirmed Sertecpet as an international reference in the development of on-shore and off-shore projects.
SERTECPET performed the well testing and design, installation, equipment supply, operation and maintenance of early production facilities of the exploratory wells (Jandaya 01 and Tui 01) for the company Frontera Energy, the trust placed by the client given the great experience of the company in determining the capacity of newly drilled wells, infrastructure capacity and execution of comprehensive projects, becoming another success for the company.

As a deployment of all its technical capacity and experience, Sertecpet designed, built and operated the early production facilities at Sacha 198 with a processing capacity of 30,000 bfpd.
The project included all stages of the production cycle including dehydration, transfer of crude oil in sales specifications and disposal of formation water by re-injection into the formation with a horizontal pumping system.
At the Culebra 21 platform, an integral solution was implemented for the dehydration of 30,000 bfpd with the capacity to expand to 50,000 bfpd by means of an automated early production facility, where the treatment of crude fluids, gas and formation water is carried out; studies are currently underway for the use of gas as a means for electricity generation at the platform; other uses of gas at the platform are gas blanketing and fuel gas for process heaters.

Additionally, we provide customer support with IPAC Construction Management (EPCM) to create civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and control infrastructure in the oil and energy sectors, as well as the electromechanical assembly of Industrial Plants. We have the human and technological resources, machinery, equipment and tools for the development of projects for the construction of flow lines and pipelines for the transportation of fluids, including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Construction of rights-of-way
- Transportation and laying of piping

We have the human and technological resources, machinery, equipment and tools for the development of projects of design, construction and repair of tanks for storage and processing of fluids, including, but not limited to the following activities:
- Development of conceptual, basic and detailed engineering (shop drawings) of process tanks.
- Mechanical integrity studies
- Design, supply and installation of Cathodic Protection Systems.
- Pre-fabrication of tanks in the plant facilities with CNC equipment.
- Logistics and transportation of pre-fabricated products to site
- On-site tank assembly
- Provision of pumping systems (flow and pressure) and execution of pressure tests in tanks
- Surface preparation, either metallic shot blasting in the workshop and pre-painting, or sandblasting of the entire surface on site.

We design, build, repair and maintain piping systems and specific equipment for fluid processing and measurement called "Skids" or "Packaged Equipment". These equipments are designed and built in our plant under the customer's requirements and with the most demanding quality standards, guaranteed by our international certifications.
The following equipment is designed and built in our plant:
- Fluid separation units for oil facilities (Separators, FWKO, etc.)
- Production and injection manifolds
- Heat exchangers
- Electrostatic dehydrators Heaters Desalinators
- Measuring systems or Lact Units on Skid Compressed air supply systems on Skid
- PCR control rooms
- Systems for gas treatment and dehydration on Skid
- Skid pumping systems
We design, build and repair pressure vessels under ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) guidelines and certification, both "U" stamped for construction and "R" stamped for repair, including, but not limited to the following activities:
- Conceptual, basic and detailed engineering (shop drawings) for both new vessel construction and pressure vessel repair.
- Pre-manufacturing of separator parts and pieces.
- Assembly and assembly of pieces and parts in the workshop.
- Provision of equipment for pressure testing of tanks.
- Surface preparation and coating application in climate-controlled chambers under controlled conditions to ensure coating quality.
- Laying of trays, wiring and electrical connections, as well as installation, wiring and connection of instruments.
- FAT (Shop Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
