Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

SERTECPET® maintains an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Management System (ABMS) certified by ISO 37001. The basic elements of the AMMS, as well as the structure of the Compliance Function, and the responsibilities of the different actors of the System, are defined in the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. All employees, suppliers and business partners are obliged to know, review and strictly comply with the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy in force. SERTECPET® states that it has a policy of zero tolerance to acts of bribery and corruption, therefore, makes available to all its stakeholders a Transparency Mailbox.
