CNC Machining Plant

SERTECPET®'s CNC Machining Plant is a strategic center within the Industrial Area, designed for the manufacture of parts, pieces and high precision tools for the Oil & Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors.

We operate under the strict API Q1 specification and we have certifications to apply the API 5CT, API 5L and API 7-1 monograms, guaranteeing quality in manufacturing and threading according to the highest international standards.

Our plant incorporates computer-aided design (CAD) and CAD-CAM systems, which feed CNC lathes and machining centers with up to four axes, capable of producing complex geometries with high precision and repeatability.

We are specialists in:

• API-certified precision manufacturing: components for the oil industry with certified processes (API RP 5C1 and TenarisHydril).
• Specialized cutting and tapping: API (5CT, 8RD, 10RD, 7.1, Buttress, LTC) and TenarisHydril (Blue, Sec, ER, MS, MS XT/XC, Wedge) compliant connections.
• Manufacturing and technology development center: implementation of CAD-CAE and CAD-CAM (ISO 6983, EIA 4-RS-274) for simulation, 3D design and CNC programming.
• Exhaustive quality control: 100% dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (ASNT qualified), document control and compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Pipe repair service: following API RP 5C1 for API pipe and under TenarisHydril license for premium pipe, ensuring the restoration of its mechanical integrity.
