SERTECPET®'s Facilities Plant (ASME) is a strategic pillar of the Industrial Area, specialized in engineering, design, manufacturing and inspection of process equipment and pressure vessels, certified with ASME U (Section VIII Div.1), ASME U2 (Section VIII Div.2) and R (repair/modification) stamps.) and R (repair/modification).
From Ecuador, we export process equipment with state-of-the-art technology, designed and built in our Facilities Plant (ASME), meeting the most demanding international standards and responding to the needs of projects throughout Latin America and other global markets.
We operate with CNC technology, highly qualified personnel and an integrated quality system, which allows us to develop high performance projects for Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy and Industry with precision, reliability and efficiency.

Our capabilities include:
- Engineering and design: ASME VIII Div.1/Div.2 calculation, material selection, corrosion criteria, stress analysis, shop drawings and full traceability.
- Fabrication and welding: cutting, rolling and forming; SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding; qualified WPS/PQR/WPQT; PWHT when applicable.
- Quality assurance and inspection: ITP, quality dossier, non-destructive testing (RT/UT/MT/PT), hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, FAT/SAT testing, internal and external coatings under AMPP/NACE criteria.
- Skids and packaged equipment: separators, production and injection manifolds, exchangers, dehydrators, desalters, pumping/metering systems and control rooms, ready to integrate on site.
- Steel structures and piping: supports, piperacks, process and pressure piping (including solutions for hydroelectric power plants), modular prefabrication and efficient assembly.
Each equipment and module is delivered under world-class standards, with complete documentation for commissioning and operation, meeting competitive deadlines and guaranteeing safety, reliability and operational performance.
