Pressure Vessel and Production Facility Construction Plant, specializing in the engineering, design and supply of process equipment and pressure vessels.
Our modern plant develops design and construction projects of specialized and packaged equipment for fluid processing of surface facilities in the oil, energy and industrial sector, as well as for the design and construction of metallic structures, API 650 tanks and pressure vessels with ASME "U" and "R" stamping. We have certified human resources (AWS CWI, NACE CIP I and II, API 653, PMP®, ASNT among others), machinery and CNC equipment and our own infrastructure, which allows us to be a strategic partner of our customers in large-scale projects. Our plant is a fundamental complement in the development of integral infrastructure projects in which SERTECPET® participates.
Design and construction of ASME stamped pressure vessels
We design, build and repair pressure vessels under ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) guidelines and certification, both "U" stamped for construction and "R" stamped for repair, including, but not limited to the following activities:
- Conceptual, basic and detailed engineering (shop drawings) for both new vessel construction and pressure vessel repair.
- Prefabrication of separator parts and pieces.
- Assembly and assembly of pieces and parts in the workshop.
- Provision of equipment
- Execution of pressure tests on tanks
- Surface preparation and coating application in climate-controlled chambers under controlled conditions to ensure coating quality.
- Laying of trays, wiring and electrical connections, as well as installation, wiring and connection of instruments.
- FAT (Shop Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Design and construction of Skids and Packaged Equipment
We design, build, repair and maintain piping systems and specific equipment for fluid processing and measurement called "Skids" or "Packaged Equipment". These equipments are designed and built in our plant under the customer's requirements and with the most demanding quality standards, guaranteed by our international certifications.
The following equipment is designed and built in our plant:
- Fluid separation units for oil facilities (Separators, FWKO, etc.)
- Production and injection manifolds
- Heat exchangers Electrostatic dehydrators Heaters Desalinators Measuring systems or units Lact on Skid
- Compressed air supply systems on Skid
- PCR control rooms
- Systems for gas treatment and dehydration on Skid
- Skid pumping systems
Design and construction of metallic structures and ducts.
We design, build, repair and maintain steel structures for the following facilities:
- Industrial warehouses and buildings
- Sheds, workshops and warehouses Campsites
- Metallic support systems for piping, ducts, cables and equipment in general
- Piping for fluid conduction
- Pressure pipes for hydroelectric power plants, including bifurcation and derivation systems, as well as elbows and other accessories associated with this type of piping.
